CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BEFORE DELIVERY
If you want to cancel your order with us before delivery you will need to complete and sign an Order Cancellation Form (click here to download) and e-mail it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your goods have not been dispatched, we will refund your payment immediately. If your order has already been dispatched the returns policy will apply.
We want you to be happy with your order but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will exchange it for an item of the same or lower value or provide you with a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition with packaging unused and tamper proof seals intact (must not be broken or damaged).
We reserve the right to refuse returns where it is apparent after inspection of goods that the product has been used or fully or partially consumed. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to specification or personalised.
Within the UK you have 14 days from the date you originally received your order to inform us that you wish to return your goods.
You should return the goods to us at your cost to - Unicorn Sweets, 30 Main Road, Shuttington, Tamworth, B79 0DS. Once we have received the goods, or proof of postage, you will be refunded along with standard postage costs within 14 days.
If 14 days have passed from the date you originally received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange (unless the product is faulty or damaged).

Please include your: Name, address, email, phone number, order number, reason for return and details of refund or replacement required.
We will then provide you with returns information and will expect to receive the parcel in the post.
You should return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of cancellation. We recommend using a service that requires a signature upon receipt so you are covered incase it is lost in transit. We can accept proof of postage (available free from your post office) for all returns. This should show Unicorn Sweets address to which you have returned the goods, together with the post office’s printed confirmation of the date of posting. You should keep proof of postage until you have received your refund or replacement, so that we can complete your return in the event of items being lost in transit. Should your item be lost in transit we will ask to see proof of postage before issuing a refund. If you have no proof of postage and your goods have been lost in transit, we cannot offer a refund or return. Please allow up to ten working days for returned goods to reach us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a detailed description of the fault along with the original order details within 30 days from the date you originally received your order. Once we have received the goods, an investigation will be carried out and you will be contacted to discuss an appropriate resolution. Please clearly mark the original order number in marker pen on the outer packaging or on a separate note inside to help us identify the correct package.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via e-mail that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the card used to pay for the original order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will be entitled to a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return.

The cost of standard return shipping will be reimbursed with the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or service you have received please send us an email to – email@example.com. Within the email please include your name, your contact details, order number, any images you may have taken and the details of your complaint. Once we have received all of the relevant information (including returned products), an investigation will be carried out and you will be contacted within 7 days to discuss an appropriate resolution.
